Merry Christmas y'all! Oh almost forgot to say congratulations to Jason's colleague Bear and Brittany! Their baby girl has arrived, Gracelyn Litz!
Weeeee... Caleb's no more a premie now if he chooses to come out... We have safely hit 37 weeks! Whoosh! But still mummy and Caleb seems to be going very very strong. No contractions or anything... Mummy still dun even know what Braxton Hicks feels like... hmmm. But mummy seems to be hitting this "nesting syndrome" I have been nick picking and packing and cleaning up the house these 2 days and have made daddy pack up some stuff that we dun really require now so that we will be ready to go back to Singapore! Haha... daddy seems to hate it and has been constantly asking me, "when will you stop nesting?" oops...
I definitely still have difficulty in walking and changing positions with Caleb's head all the way down. Met Auntie Shirley Law today and she said that Caleb seems to be still pretty high up, probably still early ba, I guess we won't be expecting him until he is full term?! So another 2 more weeks to go! Maybe he just want to wait for his Yi Yi to be here for his arrival or the weather is just too cold now and he is really really comfortable inside mummy!
How's everyone, this super long holiday? We had a super super great Christmas with all of our friends and Caleb got his very first Christmas present from his Kor Po, Aunt Sylvia, Uncle Hwa Shang and darling Jies Jies-Megan and Nicole!
A pretty pretty fisher price baby bouncer... lucky boy!
Here's daddy fixing up his baby bouncer.
And there is jealous Frosty competing for attention with Caleb's bouncer!
Daddy and mummy went shopping as well today at a factory outlet and there was this toy shop that was having a closing down sale! It says "50 to 70% off" and so of course we went in, despite Caleb having 5 cousins who definitely have toys to pass down to him when we are back in SG! And well, we went in and walk out of the shop with 2 toys! Oops... And one of the toys is actually for kids 12months to 3 years!
But daddy says never mind coz he is sure Nicole and Guancong can come over to house to play with it first before Caleb hits 12 months! Hehe...
Here it is! A fisher price bouncing pony retailing at USD$69.99 and we got it at about $40 plus dollars! Good deal we hope!
And another leapfrog toy train that teaches alphabets and numbers which I can't find online and I'm too lazy to take a picture of... that cost only $10 plus dollars. That toy is better since its for 6mths onwards...
Mummy also bought a few books and flashcards online at babycenter.com since they are having a sale now... plus this chicco talking garden activity table which is $69.99 but on 60% off at $28....
And daddy's long awaited baby crib has finally arrived this week! Daddy fixing Caleb's Crib...
Completed! A satisfied daddy with his new toy...
Shall take a picture of Caleb's little corner soon ba. Too lazy to organize and take pics! Orite... hope to chat again soon at Week 38!

About My Name Pronounced as: "K-lerb, Loo-kas"
Caleb- A faithful dog/companion, is also bold. In the Bible Caleb and Joshua were the only 2 spies that had the bold faith to believe that God will give them the land filled with giants. With the odds stacked against them, Joshua and Caleb remained faithful to God's word. I pray our Caleb owns up to the meaning of his name, that he is faithful to God and bold in living his life for God.
Though many might have think that, "huh meaning of a dog???" but when you reverse spell the word "dog" what does it turn out to be?- "God" And you know how much our family loves dogs so when we chance upon the meaning we were like, OMG that's so meant to be. The qualities, loyal companion, big hearted... It's definitely a name great for a little boy and for a man to be! Though Jason and I do not attend church regularly, it's definitely gonna be a good name if he decides to become religious.
Lucas- Light or bearer of the light. Lucas is definitely going to bring light into our lives...
Here's a list of things that Daddy and Mummy are preparing for my arrival and some of them were passed down by their friends & relatives. Others, were gifts! Thank you very much all aunties and uncles, Jies Jies and Kors Kors!
