Weight- 114LBs
Pregnancy Symptoms- Sama Sama... tired but cannot sleep very well sometimes, varicose veins ugly ugly, shortness of breath, urinary incontinence...
It's week 27... and guess what?! I am 114Lbs already and today I've decided to convert the scale to weigh myself in Kilograms, I almost fainted, I am 52KG now a total of 12kgs wor! I mean I've been weighing myself in pounds since the pregnancy. Weighing myself in pounds is something different to me since we've been so used to Kilograms back in Singapore. At least I won't feel the effect as much as weighing myself in Kilograms! Sort of cheating myself but haha... what the heck!
Gosh gosh gosh I wonder how much does Caleb weigh only... Me putting on 12KG?! I was only 40kg leh... Anyway I told myself that since my acceptable weight is 45kg, post pregnancy, i should not set my target to 40 instead I should take the chance to be 45kg! Acceptable weight for my height! That would be great! So 7 kg to lose minus away Caleb's weight, plus the placenta, plus the amniotic fluid should be pretty easy la haha... So IDEAL WEIGHT wait for me for another 2 months or so! I hope Caleb's not a big baby... Coz me and Jason, we were! Wa ha ha... We were big fat babies... Here's what we look like when we were just born hehe... Super Kawaii la. I wonder who Caleb looks like more... hopefully he has daddy's eyes, nose and ears... Mummy's lips and face shape hehe...
Will be seeing Dr James next week again and after that, it is going to be a every fortnightly check... We've also made an appointment for a 3D/4D scan to see baby Caleb during our 4th year anniversary! Hehe... But this time round we have to pay from our own pocket, its not covered by the insurance. There's a current promotion at this place called FIRST SIGHT- recommended by our clinic for their gold package. It cost about $120USD. At the end of the entire scan, we will be given a DVD that consists of Caleb's live motions in the tummy and also about 30 to 40 still images! We think its pretty worth it! The timing is just right too coz Caleb's paternal granparents and Cek Gong will be here to visit us on 15th Nov and they will be able to see the pictures! Can't wait to see him again on our anniversary in November! I think its going to be exciting since he has been kicking so much recently and we are always wondering what is he doing in the tummy hehe... So exciting!
Caleb's ah yi Jessica also ask if she should go for some kind of baby sitting course in Singapore before she comes over to look after little Caleb. Anyone has any ideas if there are any post natal courses available for non pregnant women in Singapore?!
In the meantime, daddy Jason is currently away in Vegas for 2 weeks... Daddy! Mummy, Caleb and Grandpa Frosty are missing you! Be safe. Muacks...

My Delivery Doc: Dr James Johnson

About My Name Pronounced as: "K-lerb, Loo-kas"
Caleb- A faithful dog/companion, is also bold. In the Bible Caleb and Joshua were the only 2 spies that had the bold faith to believe that God will give them the land filled with giants. With the odds stacked against them, Joshua and Caleb remained faithful to God's word. I pray our Caleb owns up to the meaning of his name, that he is faithful to God and bold in living his life for God.
Though many might have think that, "huh meaning of a dog???" but when you reverse spell the word "dog" what does it turn out to be?- "God" And you know how much our family loves dogs so when we chance upon the meaning we were like, OMG that's so meant to be. The qualities, loyal companion, big hearted... It's definitely a name great for a little boy and for a man to be! Though Jason and I do not attend church regularly, it's definitely gonna be a good name if he decides to become religious.
Lucas- Light or bearer of the light. Lucas is definitely going to bring light into our lives...
Here's a list of things that Daddy and Mummy are preparing for my arrival and some of them were passed down by their friends & relatives. Others, were gifts! Thank you very much all aunties and uncles, Jies Jies and Kors Kors!
