Week 23 Weight- Unknown (Too lazy to go up the weighing scale) Pregnancy Symptoms- Shallow breathing and Increased Urinary Frequency
I cannot believe it, I hope I am not suffering from "can't sleep at night syndrome!" It's 3.15am in the morning and I can't sleep. We are driving down to Wilcox, Arizona in the morning to Annie Apple's Orchard at 7am and suppose to wake up at 6am but I still can't sleep! Grrr... Woke up, played a bit of Super mario on my DS Lite, thinking I should feel sleepy in a while but nope, doesn't work. And then I realise, Caleb has been kicking the entire night, accompanying mummy in her daze. Probably he has been awake and kicking every night while I'm sleeping haha I'm not sure but he definitely is now!
So anyway not much updates for Week 23 as I have been busy going to baking school and having my mid sem test. According to the doctor's checklist, we are supposed to sign up for Child birthing class between week 22 to 26 and so daddy called the hospital on Thurs and sign us both up for a 4 weeks (1 time a week) child birth class and a breastfeeding class. They are only happening in December though. Cost about USD$70 for the childbirthing class and USD$20 for the breast feeding class... There isn't any pre natal care of baby class available at our hospital, so nuts, guess I have to teach daddy how to shower baby Caleb using a doll or something! Daddy can change diapers since he has changed Megan's diapers when she was a little one. Hopefully I can still remember what I learn in nursing school last time. kekeke which I think most of it has been returned to my neonatal lecturers! I just read a book and it says not to shower the baby until the unbillical cord has dropped but somehow I remember we did bathe the little infants back in the hospitals last time even with their umbillical cords still attached! Wierd, I shall check with the mummies then.
So anywayz, I finally received my nursing shawl and the abdomen/back support. The support does work, relieving some pressure of my tum tum which is good. But a bit warm to wear, luckily the weather going to turn cool soon... Phew. My umbillical has started to protrude out! Ewww... Have taken a picture I think shall only post next week - 24 weeks since I am always updating my tum tum pictures every 4 weeks :)
Ority! Think I'm ready to go to sleep. Wish me luck! Chat again next week!

About My Name Pronounced as: "K-lerb, Loo-kas"
Caleb- A faithful dog/companion, is also bold. In the Bible Caleb and Joshua were the only 2 spies that had the bold faith to believe that God will give them the land filled with giants. With the odds stacked against them, Joshua and Caleb remained faithful to God's word. I pray our Caleb owns up to the meaning of his name, that he is faithful to God and bold in living his life for God.
Though many might have think that, "huh meaning of a dog???" but when you reverse spell the word "dog" what does it turn out to be?- "God" And you know how much our family loves dogs so when we chance upon the meaning we were like, OMG that's so meant to be. The qualities, loyal companion, big hearted... It's definitely a name great for a little boy and for a man to be! Though Jason and I do not attend church regularly, it's definitely gonna be a good name if he decides to become religious.
Lucas- Light or bearer of the light. Lucas is definitely going to bring light into our lives...
