16 weeks (4 months)
Current Food Craves: Sara Lee Pound Cake, Steaks, Extreme Sweet Stuff
Weight: 96.8lbs or 43.91kg
16 weeks! 4 months! OMG that's almost halfway thru the pregnancy! Am enjoying every moment of the 2nd trimester coz food tastes extremely yummy! Haha and I'm hungry all the time, actually I am enjoying food! It now gives me a complete excuse to eat as much as I can and eat whatever I want too! What a blessing right? Ok check out my paunch at 16weeks, actually I found not much difference, but when I compared it with the picture we took during 12weeks, it does have a difference and so far have put on 6.8lbs!
We went to the doc on Tues, instead of seeing Dr James today, it was Dr Suarez, his teammate and I must say he is really nice! Manage to take a quick listen to Beanie's heartbeat and he is very well. We manage to ask him a few questions and I even got my follow up for my yearly routine breast ultrasound which I went today and I think it will be covered by the insurance! Yippee! Results are good, found no growth so I'm cleared! =)
Anyway Dr Suarez also gave mummy beanie the go ahead for Basic Yoga finally some form of exercise thats not out in the hot sun! Hehe... Think mummy and baby beanie going for a lesson at Centre of the Heart to try out! Also made an appointment with the Chiropractor (Dr Suarez suggestion) so that my backache can be relieved a bit! Backache has been giving me problems even before baby beanie has been conceived so now its even worse!
So this Saturday, we should be going shopping for stuff! Think we should get more white colored or neutral colored clothings for baby beanie so that next time can pass down to other babies instead of wasting the clothes. Baby clothes nowadays can be really expensive...
Darling also bought baby beanie his baby crib liao! Anyway, I'm leaving darling to purchase all the "toys" for baby beanie since he is better at choosing them and he say he wants the best! Proud daddy... haha... So he got this baby crib from Stokke, its an oval shaped one. Which can last from birth to toddler stage! Hopefully baby beanie will be a good boy and stay in his crib when he sleeps, otherwise i think daddy beanie's investment gonna be a waste hehe. It cost like USD $1500 plus including tax and shipping, but I think its quite worth it la, coz baby can use it for a while! And you can detached it from a bassinet into a full size baby crib! With bedding and etc! Can't wait to have it delivered!
Ok la, till the next time we blog! We are heading away on a boathouse weekend with the usual gang! Can't wait to be swimming in the water and staying in a boat for a few days! Looking forward!

Caleb- A faithful dog/companion, is also bold. In the Bible Caleb and Joshua were the only 2 spies that had the bold faith to believe that God will give them the land filled with giants. With the odds stacked against them, Joshua and Caleb remained faithful to God's word. I pray our Caleb owns up to the meaning of his name, that he is faithful to God and bold in living his life for God.
Though many might have think that, "huh meaning of a dog???" but when you reverse spell the word "dog" what does it turn out to be?- "God" And you know how much our family loves dogs so when we chance upon the meaning we were like, OMG that's so meant to be. The qualities, loyal companion, big hearted... It's definitely a name great for a little boy and for a man to be! Though Jason and I do not attend church regularly, it's definitely gonna be a good name if he decides to become religious.
Lucas- Light or bearer of the light. Lucas is definitely going to bring light into our lives...
